Strong background in early childhood education and school management. Leads OIC implementation and supports curriculum delivery across all classes.

Vice Principal cum Teacher
Supports the Principal in curriculum delivery and staff leadership. Acts as a key bridge between the leadership team and classroom teachers.
OIC Liaison & Curriculum Lead
Main liaison between Kindo and Oxford University Press. Guides lesson planning, coordinates professional development, and ensures OIC principles run through every classroom.

Technology & Innovation Advisor
Guides Kindo's digital strategy and AI integration β from learning tools and school systems to data-driven insights that support teachers and enrich every child's experience.
4 dedicated homeroom teachers and 4 assistant teachers β one pair per class, ensuring every child gets individual attention
All teachers hold degrees in Education or Early Childhood Education. PGCE and subject-specific pedagogy qualifications prioritised.
Priority given to teachers with 3+ years of international curriculum experience and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
All teaching staff meet a minimum CEFR B2+ English proficiency level, verified through language assessments and interviews.

Qualified in Early Childhood Education. Delivers OIC lessons through sensory play, nature-based learning, and joyful discovery experiences.

Expert in early literacy and language development. Supports bilingual learners with Myanmar and English language foundations.
Enrichment β Ages 4β5
Specialises in arts, creativity, and cultural enrichment. Guides children through inquiry-based, play-driven learning experiences.
Passions β Ages 5β6
Specialist in project-based learning and child-led investigations. Prepares children with confidence and skills for primary school.
Discovery Support
Provides bilingual support in Myanmar and English. Assists with sensory activities and ensures each toddler feels safe and nurtured.
Essentials Support
Specialises in social-emotional development. Works closely with EAL/ESL learners using visual aids and play-based language strategies.
Enrichment Support
Supports differentiated instruction and creative learning stations. Helps monitor individual progress and adapts activities to meet each child's needs.
